The National Seminars aimed to promote the project and each seminar had the duration of half a day. It was expected to engage a minimum threshold of 12-16 national key stakeholders and experts, namely those representatives in the region.

However, national representatives (e.g., Prison administration and Associations dealing with young offenders) were also expected to participate to discuss the project and receive feedback.

University of Gloucestershire hosted the event in the UK; IPS hosted the event in Portugal; CPIP hosted the event in Romania; BAGázs hosted the event in Hungary; CESIE hosted the event in Italy; the Turkish Ministry of Justice hosted the event in Turkey; and FDIP hosted the event in Spain.
