Os Seminários Nacionais visaram promover o projeto e tiveram a duração de meio-dia. Previu-se atingir no mínimo 12-16 peritos e stakeholders nacionais, nomeadamente os representantes da região.

No entanto, esperou-se também que os representantes nacionais (por exemplo, a administração prisional e associações que lidam com jovens em conflito com a lei) participassem para discutir o projeto e receber feedback.

A Universidade de Gloucestershire foi a anfitriã do evento no Reino Unido; a IPS em Portugal; a CPIP na Roménia; a BAGázs na Hungria; a CESIE em Itália; o Ministério da Justiça Turca na Turquia; e a FDIP em Espanha.
